Limited Warranty

Adrian’s Quality Fencing and Deck’s offers to the original homeowner /consumer our one year workmanship performance warranty, effective from the date your project was completely installed. This warranty does not cover materials which are covered through the manufacturer’s warranty. Most commonly our manufacturer’s warranties extend for a period of ten years to a Lifetime.

Our Warranty

Adrian’s warrants to the original homeowner/consumer our workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover materials, which are covered through the manufacturers warranties. Most commonly, our manufacturers warranties extend for periods of 10 years to Lifetime.

Should any defects occur due to improper installation during the warranty period, Adrian’s will repair or replace at its option the defective product.

This warranty does not provide protection against failure or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, including but not limited to:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect or improper handling.

• Impact from foreign objects, fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, hail, hurricane, or other casualty, or acts of God.

• Movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or structure on which the fencing, decking or railing is installed.

• Products that have been painted varnished or coated.

In the event of repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, the original warranty shall apply to the repaired product and will extend for the balance of the warranty period in effect at the time of the repair.
